CLARINS – Vital Light Launch (Sept. ’10)
Context and goals:
- Recruiting and developping e-customer loyalty towards women over 50 yo / high professional groups.
- Reinforcing Clarins’ leader position on the anti-age market.
- Unveiling the brand and the product range with a different angle.
- Creating buzz and getting the viewers to share it with their friends.
How we figured it out:
- The concept:
- The 20-40-year-old daughter becomes Clarins’ambassador towards her mother.
- The claim: « She gave you life, offer her Light » which perfectly fits with the campaign’s name, i.e. Vital Light.
- The project includes:
- A video-sharing website and an online game between the mothers and the daughters.
- 3 international website versions for France, Canada and Switzerland.
